Maine to Zenith Diet Clinic sirf weight kam karne ke liye join kiya tha, par sabse bada fayda yeh hua ki meri saalon purani acidity aur bloating ki problem jad se khatm ho gayi. Pehle main har subah antacid ki goli khata tha, lekin Priya ma'am ke gut-healing plan se sirf 2 weeks mein hi kamaal ka fark dikh gaya. Since most dietitians just advise you to quit lifting weights and living on salads in order to lose weight, I must admit that I was really dubious about seeing one. However, Dt. Priya was a welcome change of pace! She planned my meals to support my intense strength training workouts, maintained a high protein intake, and fully understood my fitness objectives. I was able to maintain my muscular mass while losing body fat. She takes a very pragmatic and scientific attitude.
